Our apples are harvested in the orchard every autumn from around mid-September to around mid-October. This is the annual highlight of a job in which the apple trees, some of which are almost 100 years old, are tended and cared for. Since our apple trees are not hybrid trees and also not plantation trees, the product from them is also a completely natural apple in a wide variety of varieties that has not been affected by any pesticides.

This noble starting product is then processed according to old traditions. Collect, sort, press, bag, heat and fill. You are welcome to look over our shoulder during this work or, best of all, to lend a hand. We look forward to welcoming you to the Alpencamp with a taste of our apple juice.
