Reservation conditions

 

There are the following options for making a reservation:

 

• ONLINE BOOKING: This tool is available in many different languages ​​and offers a convenient way of calculating prices, checking availability and making a binding reservation immediately with a credit card valid on the vacation date. Individual reservation conditions, defined according to season and type of accommodation, are displayed before the ONLINE BOOKING is completed and must be actively confirmed there. Only then is a binding reservation made. A deposit is not required for this type of reservation.
   

• DIRECT BOOKING: You have the option of making an inquiry using our contact form. In response to this request, you will receive a specific offer from us. A reservation is then made via a simple reply email to our offer, within the period of time communicated in the offer. With this type of reservation, the reservation conditions listed below apply and a deposit is required within 7 days.
   

• DEPOSIT: With DIREKT BOOKING, a deposit of € 100.00 for a camping pitch or € 300.00 for apartments, bungalows, chalets and rooms is required to the following account details at the Dolomitenbank Kötschach-Mauthen within 7 days. The deposit will be deducted from the final invoice.
  
  When reserving a camping pitch, the cancellation conditions mentioned below only apply to reservations for the high season (July + August). For reservations of a camping pitch outside of this time, no deposit is required and there are no cancellation costs.

• BOOKING CONFIRMATION: After receipt of your deposit and your reservation, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation and a confirmation of receipt of your deposit by e-mail. We would be happy to send you these including a package of brochures, or by post on request.
   

• CANCELLATION : The campsite management must be notified in writing of any withdrawal from the booking as early as possible.
  Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 30 days before arrival at the latest.
  Cancellations between day 29 and day 20 before arrival 50% of the total price
  Cancellations between day 19 and day 10 before arrival 75% of the total price
  Cancellations from day 9 before arrival 100% of the total price
  
  COVID-19 CANCELLATION GUIDELINES: In the event of a renewed lockdown or border closure, free cancellation until arrival is possible without incurring cancellation costs. Your deposit will be refunded minus a processing fee of € 20.00 or you decide to rebook and we would credit 100% of your deposit for a later stay, which does not have to be determined yet. We also recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance with special Corona cover at no extra charge!
   

• ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE: The booked parking space, apartment, chalet or bungalow is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
   

• DANGER: If your arrival is significantly delayed, please notify us. If there is no notification, the camping pitch will only be kept free until 7 p.m. on the day of arrival booked.
   

• LATE DEPARTURE: If your accommodation or your parking space is not re-let on the same day, there is the possibility of a late departure until 8 p.m. This late departure is possible upon request and availability with an extra late departure tariff of € 5.00 per person.
   

• NIGHT ARRIVAL: Arrivals after 10 p.m. are only possible on request.
   

• RECEPTION : Summer opening hours 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Winter opening hours 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. You can of course also arrive at lunchtime, as there is always someone on site.
